Q:How do you ensure quality control?

A: We source dextrous weavers who create these six yard beauties. Team members with a discerning eye pick out the best amongst these, and add them to our bouquet of sarees. Stringent quality checks are done.

Q:How do I pay?

A:You may pay us through payment gateway using UPI, debit/credit card, netbanking etc. We use RazorPay for a safe and secure payment process. 

Q:What do I do if I have any questions? 

A:Please Call or WhatsApp us on +91-82402-60626. We would be happy to assist you at all times.

Q:What do I do if a product is defective?

A:Please refer to our cancellation policy.

Q:Do you have the option of Cash on delivery for payment?

A: Regret, not at this moment.

Q:What is the delivery charge for shipping within India?

A: We provide free shipping across India.

Q:Can I order an already sold saree?

A: Yes you can order a non-exclusive saree which is marked as sold. One-piece sarees marked as ‘sold’ will not be available.

Q:Do all the sarees have blouse pieces?

A: No, all sarees do not have blouse pieces. Please check product descriptions – Sarees with blouse pieces will be mentioned in the description.

Q:Can I return a product if I do not find it as per my expectations?

A:Sorry, no returns allowed. You may however exchange the product. Please note you will need to courier the product back to us. Once you decide on an alternate product and intimate us, we will courier it to you. You will have to bear the courier charges in both cases.
