RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE
Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we vouch for all the products sold on our website. However, if there is any inadvertent error on our end, we will accept return, refund & cancellation under the following circumstances:
– If you are delivered a different item than what you had ordered, please contact us within 24 hours via email, so that we can arrange for the product to be returned and replaced. The product must be unopened & unused, and returned along with the original packaging.
– If you are delivered a damaged item, please contact us within 24hours vide email, so that we can arrange for the product to be replaced or returned.
– In case of returns due to damaged/defective product, we will issue a full refund including the delivery charges incurred by you for receiving and sending back the product. We can also replace the product at no extra cost, if you wish.
– For returns and refunds, please provide us with proof if you receive a wrong or damaged product. You can do it by clicking a picture and sending it to email@example.com
– No refund will be issued without proof.
Sorry, no returns allowed. You may however exchange the product. Please note you will need to courier the product back to us. Once you decide on an alternate product and intimate us, we will courier it to you. You will have to bear the courier charges in both cases.
